Alex & Mike ~ Cont.

This is probably my favorite image from Alex's wedding. I photographed it using available light only. The entertainment was using roving dance lights that typically do me no favors when it comes to covering the action. Taking the flash off, amping the ISO up and shooting with a very fast lens can offer some edgy, sexy results.

Alex & Mike ~ Los Angeles, Ca

I photographed Alex and Mike's wedding on September 20, 2008. This was both a fun and unique wedding for me. The ceremony was at the San Fernando Mission in Mission Hills and the reception was downtown at the historic Biltmore Hotel.

From the beginning I have to say that I immediately clicked with Alex when I met her at my studio. Alex has a fun, carefree demeanor yet knows specifically what she wants... and I'm sure gets it most of the time :) Melissa Culp referred Alex to me and is a wonderful planner. She has the unique ability to stay calm during chaos... and still manage order. Melissa's website is: www.kaleidoscopeplanning.com.

Please enjoy a few of the images...

This is one of my favorite images of Alex and her mother...

Did I mention Alex has a playful side? You're a tiiiigggeerrr!

A Stunning image of a beautiful bride

Not every bride can pull off Blue Steel... it was my lucky day!

The moment every bride dreams about...

The Biltmore lends itself to a very classic, almost royal feel

Probably one of the most impressive ballrooms I've had the pleasure of photographing. Between the lighting, floral displays and overall grandeur... a sight to behold.

The view in front of the Bride & Grooms table

I don't typically get too excited about cake images... but I very much liked this one

Stacie, Studio

Here are some cool images of a client I recently photographed in my studio. Stacie has a natural feel for the camera and I'm very happy with the results!
